Surga11 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the surga11 platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to comply with all provisions set out below. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by surga11, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and surga11 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

The surga11 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close an account if this requirement is not met.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to register one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different information, different devices, or different IP addresses — are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. False or misleading information may result in your account being terminated and any balance or winnings forfeited. The bank account name you register must match your platform registration name for identity verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. surga11 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. If you suspect any suspicious activity on your account, contact customer support immediately.

Prohibited Activities

  • Registering or using an account on behalf of another person
  • Using bots, automated software, or any tools that manipulate gameplay
  • Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or weaknesses in the payment system
  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform's operations
  • Using the platform for fraudulent purposes or money laundering

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the surga11 platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Users are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method operates in MYR.

Deposits will be credited to your account once payment has been confirmed by the financial service provider. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method, but are generally completed within a few minutes. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, retain your transaction proof and contact customer support.

Withdrawal of winnings is subject to a verification process covering identity and bank account confirmation. The name on the bank account must match the name registered on your surga11 account. Withdrawal processing times are typically between one and three business days. The platform reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal if verification cannot be completed.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated in each offer. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly without meeting the stipulated conditions. The platform reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate any promotion at any time.

Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Links

Intellectual Property

All content on the surga11 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of surga11 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from surga11. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

The surga11 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted operation, surga11 does not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or free from technical disruptions. surga11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including winnings lost due to technical disruptions.

Third-Party Links

The surga11 platform may contain links or references to third-party services or content. Such links are provided for user convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement or approval by surga11 of the content or services in question. surga11 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

Surga11 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform in a manner that is harmful to other users or the platform itself.

In the event of an account suspension, any valid and verifiable balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is concluded, unless the balance is linked to activity that violates these terms. The investigation process may take up to 30 business days depending on the complexity of the case.

Users may also request to close their own account by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within seven business days. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded via the same payment method used for the last deposit.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to administrative fees or automatic closure after a notification has been sent to the registered email address. Users are encouraged to keep their contact information up to date to ensure they receive important communications.

Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Us

Surga11 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest version. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the surga11 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
